After a complete clinical and functional evaluation, recommendations and referrals will be made based on those findings

Myofunctional Therapy Program implementing exercises and stretches to tone, retrain and strengthen the tongue, lips, cheeks and supporting muscles to meet the 4 goals of myofunctional therapy to gain better control and function of tongue and orofacial muscles 

We also work on optimizing breathing to support the airway

In clinic and/or virtual appointments every 2 weeks for 30 minutes

Duration varies based on assessment findings and client specific needs
